Infeksi HBV pada kehamilan memiliki beberapa aspek di antaranya adalah efek kehamilan pada infeksi HBV, potensi penularan virus dari ibu ke bayi baru lahir dan kemungkinan pencegahan melalui obat antivirus, dan efek teratogenik potensial dari obat. Unsur-unsur ini dapat mempersulit pengelolaan infeksi HBV dalam pengaturan kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Oebobo di Kota Kupang Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan secara &nbsp;Retrospektif. Data diperoleh dari rekam medik pasien ibu hamil di Puskesmas Oebobo tahun 2016-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 760 ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan Hepatitis B di Puskesmas Oebobo selama tahun 2016 – 2018. Hasil pemeriksaan 39 orang &nbsp;dinyatakan positif. Jumlah positif terbanyak pada kelompok usia 21-30 tahun (58,95%), berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan paling tinggi pendidikan SMA (49,6%), dan status pekerjaan sebagai Ibu Rumah tangga (56,45%). Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya penurunan angka prevalensi kasus Hepatitis B pada ibu dari 6,60% tahun 2016 &nbsp;menjadi 4,43% tahun 2017 dan meningkat menjadi 5,10% pada tahun 2018</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci : Hepatitis B, ibu hamil,&nbsp; Puskesmas Oebobo</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Hepatitis B is a disease that is commonly found in the world and is considered a public health problem that must be resolved.HBV infection in pregnancy has several peculiar aspects among which are the effect of pregnancy on HBV infection, the potential viral transmission from mother to newborn and its possible prevention through antiviral drugs, and the potential teratogenic effect of these drugs. These elements can complicate the management of HBV infection in the setting of pregnancy. This study aims to determine the prevalence of hepatitis B in pregnancy at the Oebobo Primary Health Center in Kupang City. Design of research is descriptive with a retrospective design. Data was obtained from medical records of pregnancy at the Oebobo Health Center in Kupang City during&nbsp; 2016-2018. The results showed the number of pregnant during 2016 - 2018 who did the examination at the Oebobo Health Center as many as 760 people. Pregnant women who tested positive for Hepatitis B were 39 people, with the highest number of pregnant women aged 21-30 years, gestational age at the third trimester, high school education level of pregnant women, and employment status as a housewife. Based on research that has been done, it is obtained data that there are pregnant women with hepatitis B in the Oebobo health center. These results also indicate that there has been an increase in the percentage of pregnant women with hepatitis B from 2016 to 2018.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Hepatitis B, Pregnancy, Oebobo health center.</strong></p> ER -
